MATH IS THE DEVIL!!!!!

ok, I just had to get that out of my system…

*big sigh*  Well, what can I say about today…it started off pretty good.  I went to class and was upset because I forgot my calculator and I had a quiz in math, but then I found out we didn’t have a quiz, so that was good.  Then I went to my next class and found out that a paper that was supposed to be due on Thursday got moved to Tuesday.  So, that was really awesome because I was totally stressing over this paper, but now I have an extra 5 days to work on it!

After class, Cory and I went to Marsh and got some lunch.  Yay for turkey and swiss, potatoe salad and snickerdoodles!  After lunch, Cory and I came back here and I worked on homework all afternoon.  This is where the day went downhill.  First off, math sucks.  No, let me rephrase that…having a horrible math teacher who doesn’t know how to teach sucks.  I’m seriously getting at least a C in that class right now, if not worse.  And if you know me, I’ve never had any problems with math; it’s always been my strongest subject.  Well, not anymore.  They have these study session things, but I never get a chance to go to the because I’m always working.  So, we’ll see what happens with that.  Hopefully I’ll be able to keep my grade up.

So yeah, I decided to take a break from my math homework and go get some dinner.  Since Cory was over and he was helping me with my math, I decided to just bring my dinner up to my room and eat it while I did some homework (plus, I had to sneak Cory up some cheesecake).  So, I get upstairs with my big plate of yummy chicken that is smothered in cream of mushroom sauce, mashed potatoes, green beans and biscuits.   I get Jenny’s little TV tray table thing and sit down ready to eat my amazing meal.  I go to sit my plate down on the table, and what happens??  Oh, it falls off of my hand and lands on Cory’s foot, spilling mashed potatoes, gravy, and green beans all over Cory’s leg, shoe, and the floor.  This made me sad/angry for multiple reasons.  #1: I got mashed potatoes all over Cory’s pants and his new shoes…#2: I got mashed potatoes and gravy and that whole mess all over the floor…#3:  That plate of food looked so good and all I wanted to do was eat it!!!  After shedding a few tears (yes, I cried, I’m stupid…I was having a very stressfull day and that incident did not help anything…sometimes a girl’s just gotta cry…) and getting the mess cleaned up and recieved a huge, awesome hug from Cory (he’s amazing-I get so mean and grouchy when I get stressed out.  Any normal person would say “screw her” and leave me alone, but he’s always right there, being as sweet as ever, helping me through it.  I’m being a butt-head, and he’s being a complete sweetheart.  He’s just awesome like that…I love you!)  (*Sorry for the cute comment, I just couldn’t help it.)  Anyway, after all that, I went back downstairs and got a new plate of food, (which was quite tasty, btw) and I’ve just kinda been chilling for the past hour or so.  I’ve got to go down to praise band practice now, though.  I have an amazing weekend to post about, so I’ll be back later.
