Create a Spiritual Game Plan

Have I mentioned before how ready I am to manifest some miracles in my life?  Because I am so, SO ready.

Miracles happen when your mind and heart are in sync and in the right place.  You create miracles by focusing your mind, body, and soul on what you want to have in your life.  As you take the time to focus on what you want to create (instead of what you want to avoid), you become centered and more powerful.

I’ve learned that it’s best to do this by creating some sort of plan for yourself.  A game plan for your soul.  I know that I’m not the most disciplined of individuals at times, so it’s important for me to set goals and have a plan for each day.  If I don’t, I end up just being a mess of cluttered, unorganized thoughts.

Take a minute and think about what kind of daily practice you want to set in place to help you grow.  What’s important to you?  What should be on your list of things you HAVE to do each day?  What areas of your life could use a little more attention?  What steps can you take to create your dream life and reach your goals?  What makes you feel happy and fulfilled?

Next, create yourself a plan.  How can you fit all the things that you know are important to you into your daily life?  Think about your daily routine and what adjustments can be made to make time for these things.  (For me, this meant getting up an hour earlier every day to allow time for my reading and journaling in the mornings.)

When I made mine, I found it was easier to just do it as a daily to-do list.  I keep my mornings blocked off for reading, writing, walking, and meditating, and then I squeeze the rest in on a day-by-day basis depending on what else in on the docket for the day.

My “Daily To-Do”

  • Morning Readings
  • Morning Journaling (3 pages)
  • Write Blog (5 days a week)
  • Walk Dogs
  • Meditate (for at least 30 minutes)
  • Yoga
  • Write 1000 words
  • Read one chapter

That list covers all of the things that are important to me and that I need to get done each day is order to feel my best.

I would also recommend creating a list of daily affirmations.  I say mine during my meditation, and then at various times throughout the day when I need to remind myself of my divinity.  Below are the affirmations I say daily, so feel free to use them or create ones of your own!

My Daily Meditation Affirmations

  • I am a carrier of the light.  All that I think, say, and do expresses divinity.
  • Nothing can keep my good from me.  I divinely deserve that good, so I bless all situations in life as good, good, good.
  • All of my needs are met and exceeded, so I may share with those who need it.
  • I am grateful for the endless abundance of the Universe.
  • I am a successful writer and blogger.  My message is peacefully received throughout the world.
  • I am an organized, productive person.  I use my time wisely and accomplish all of my tasks.
  • I am creative and divinely inspired.

I hope that sharing my own spiritual game plan will help you create (and stick with!) your own.  Personal growth and spiritual development takes a lot of discipline and concentrated effort.  Start making the effort to change your life today.
