Ok, I’m tired of getting yelled at by everyone for not posting.  I’m sorry that I actually have a life and don’t sit at my computer all day long having nothing better to do than read people’s blogs and update mine.    Ok, I really don’t have that much of a life, but I’m really not at my computer as much as I used to be.  Anyway…

I just got off work.  Yay for smelling like Steak n Shake.  Tonight was okay.  Dusty, Josh, Neil and the Ellettesville crew stopped by SnS, so that was fun.  Life’s been pretty good lately.  I’ve been working a lot.  Pretty much any free evening I have is spent at SnS.  Classes started this past week.  They’re going pretty good so far.  It’s going to be a busy semester, but that’s okay.  I’m in two classes that are pretty much nothing but reading.  Childern’s Lit and Intro to Lit.  I’m also in Pre-Calculus, which I think will be pretty easy.  I’m a little worried about Music Theory.  It’s a little more in depth than the last class I took, but I should be fine.  I’m also in a Teaching Music in the Elementary School class.  It’s really easy.  We basicly are learing how to incorporate songs into our lessons.  It’s fun.  So yeah, other than going to class and working, I don’t really do much.  Cory has been teaching me how to play tennis.  That’s been a lot of fun.  I think I’m a natural.   Someday I’ll be able to serve and I’ll beat Cory in a game!

The CSF house is awesome so far!  There are so many new people.  I just wish I had more free time to get to know them all.  The first Encounter of the year was Thursday night.  It was awesome, as usual.  I’m so happy to be back in Bloomington and to be back at the house.  I didn’t realize how much I missed the house and everyone.

Two weeks in counting till Souls Harbour’s first show!!!  I’m so excited!  I can’t believe it’s only two weeks away.  Last week, we had practice at D’s and he took us to the Comfortzone.  It’s awesome!  I’m so looking forward to playing there.  It’s going to be a lot of fun.

Talked to Mom on the phone today.  That was nice.  I hadn’t talked to her since I moved in.  Found out that Randy has been quite the football star.  He was 4 yards short of a touchdown in a Varsity game, and he made a touchdown in a JV game!  Keep in mind that he is a freshman!  I get to go to one of his games next Monday; it’s at Edgewood.  I’m excited about getting to see him play.

Well, I guess that’s all for now.  I’m looking forward to tomorrow.  I have two days off from SnS in a row, so that’s nice.  I’ve got church in the morning, and then Cory and I are going to see Garden State.  Then we have Connexion that night and I have a house meeting after that.  It should be a fun day.  I hope you all enjoyed this semi-boring post.  (See, that’s why I don’t post a lot…I just don’t really have a lot to say.)  Someday I’ll post like D and I’ll have something really deep and inspiration to post about.  Until then, Goodnight All!

  1. You know, if you go back and follow the history of the things Rob and I post about, it’ll prove beyond a shadow of doubt one thing — you don’t have to be interesting or entertaining.  People still read.
